Nothing on the Website creates a designer-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, contractor, or other professional relationship between you and Space Reset Studio.
A professional relationship is established only when Space Reset Studio expressly agrees to provide services and the applicable consultation, proposal, service agreement, booking terms, or other written agreement has been accepted and, where applicable, payment has been received.
2. Interior Design Services
Descriptions of services on the Website are general descriptions only.
Specific services, deliverables, scope, fees, timelines, revisions, responsibilities, purchasing arrangements, procurement, installation, styling, travel, and other project terms will be governed by the applicable written proposal, service agreement, consultation terms, invoice, or booking terms provided for the specific engagement.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement or accepted project-specific terms, the project-specific agreement will control with respect to that project.
Space Reset Studio reserves the right to modify services, availability, processes, pricing, and service descriptions at any time.
3. Consultations and Appointments
Discovery calls, consultations, meetings, and other appointments may be scheduled through third-party booking platforms such as Calendly.
Any fee, cancellation policy, rescheduling policy, attendance requirement, consultation credit, or other appointment-specific condition presented during booking applies to that appointment.
Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that Space Reset Studio will accept a future design project.
Space Reset Studio reserves the right to decline projects that are outside our scope, availability, service area, or professional fit.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Interior design involves subjective preferences, existing site conditions, third-party products, manufacturers, contractors, installers, delivery services, building rules, product availability, measurements, budgets, and other circumstances that may be outside Space Reset Studio’s control.
Examples, photographs, renderings, conceptual visualizations, mood boards, previous projects, testimonials, estimated budgets, timelines, or other Website content are illustrative only and do not guarantee that another project will achieve identical results.
Product appearance, color, texture, scale, availability, price, lead time, and other characteristics may vary between online images, samples, renderings, photography, and real-world conditions.
5. Conceptual and Visual Content
Renderings, mockups, layouts, mood boards, AI-assisted imagery, conceptual visualizations, and similar visual materials displayed on the Website may be created to communicate a design direction or concept.
Unless expressly identified otherwise in a project-specific agreement, such materials should not be interpreted as architectural, engineering, construction, electrical, plumbing, structural, code-compliance, or permit documents.
Website visitors should not rely on visual content as a substitute for field verification, professional measurements, contractor review, engineering review, building approval, or other professional services where required.
